Krupali is very well versed in the topic and the subject matter. The training content was well designed and planned in a cross-functional way to give a holistic learning experience to the learner. The schedule was planned in a very systematic way and was rightly blended with a lot of practical case studies. She took the subjects at an understandable pace and gave real-life examples to make it easier to understand. Also, she always kept the conversation interesting with case studies as an integral part of the training. All in all, it was a highly interesting learning experience. One outstanding thing was the sharing of a lot of allied professional knowledge relevant to the FM subject, such as the ISO framework and other accreditations, which provided an all-round learning experience.
